Returns & Exchanges

At Anime Swords™️, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your apparel or accessories don't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items remain in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt for confirmation of the return shipment.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
